There can be no #Nondisclosure #Agreements put against the state's ability to manage its #Legal status. That has to be against the law since it interferes with the execution of the law. 🤯🤯🤯

  3. Bug bounty program tips to avoid accountability:

Create a form on your website to report vulnerabilities and make it so every report is instantly added to a "private" non-disclosure program on Bugcrowd.

Now if the researcher wants to disclose anything you don't want to they'll have to risk getting banned.

Hint: I don't care at all about the account I created just to help AFTER I reported it. My post will come later this week 😂

  4. Well-argued case against #NDAs in #medical #malpractice settlements.

We share information about airline accidents in order to learn from them, improve safety, and save lives. Why not do the same in medical malpractice cases, where settlements now contain #nondisclosure agreements? Share enough info to save lives. The disclosure could omit the settlement amount and the parties could remain anonymous.

  5. Trump's #DOD nominee was accused by a woman of sexual assault in #MoneteryCalifornia hotel room in 2017. The complaint said the alleged victim later signed a private #nondisclosure agreement with Peter Hegseth.

  7. On Feb 2, #Twitter filed a motion to vacate the #nondisclosure order & #JackSmith’s team sought a #contempt order from Howell. Howell held Twitter in contempt & approved #fines beginning at $50k/day, doubling for each day of #noncompliance.
“The court adopted that suggestion, noting Twitter was sold for over $40B & its owner’s net worth was over $180B. Twitter did not object to the sanctions formula,” the appeals court noted.
Twitter did not fully comply until Feb 9, resulting in the $350k fine.

  8. Finally, on Feb 1, 4 days after the production deadline, #Twitter raised a #legal objection to the #nondisclosure order.

“Although the company did not question the validity of the #SearchWarrant, it asserted that the nondisclosure order was facially invalid under the First Amendment,“ Pan noted. “Twitter informed the govt that it would not #comply w/the #warrant until the district #court assessed the legality of the nondisclosure order.”

  9. “[T]he whole point of the nondisclosure order was to avoid tipping off… (Trump) about the #warrant’s existence,” the panel ruled….

The judges emphasized that the #nondisclosure order was temporary and reasonably tailored to protect the significant probe. The company, they noted “remained free to raise general concerns about warrants or nondisclosure orders, & to speak publicly about the #Jan6 investigation.”

  10. #Twitter’s fight w/ #JackSmith’s team was rooted in prosecutors’ decision to serve the #warrant along w/ a “#nondisclosure order” that prohibited Twitter from notifying #Trump about the warrant’s existence.

  11. What does this week's NLRB decision mean for the people who already signed such non-disparagement clauses but deeply want to disparage their terrible former bosses? The answer is unclear, almost chaotically so.
