Vor einer Weile hatte jemand vorgeschlagen, alle Personen, die ihren Geschlechtseintrag und ihren Namen gemäß Selbstbestimmungsgesetz geändert haben, in einem gesonderten Register zu erfassen, auf das u.a. die Polizei Zugriff haben sollte. Ich glaube, das war im letzten Bundestagswahlkampf. Es hat sich ziemlich sofort ziemlich deutlicher Widerstand gezeigt.

"Maine’s Department of Education (DOE) issued a statement on Tuesday opposing President Donald Trump’s day-one executive order that officially acknowledges there are only two sexes and preserves women-only spaces from males.
“The Executive Order ‘Defending Women From Gender ideology Extremism and Restoring Biological Truth to the Federal Government’ applies to the Federal government/Federal government agencies only and does not inhibit the force of Maine law or locally-adopted school board policies,” said the DOE’s priority notice."

We ALL need to select "Rather not say" if that's a choice; or just leave it blank if not.

Fascism can move with awful speed to take away women's rights to safe healthcare. Here's a timeline:
- In 2000, the FDA accepted science and approved Mifepristone, a medicine that's been used around the world for years for safe abortions.
- In 2012, Thomas O Rice was appointed by Barack Obama as a US District Judge.
- In 2019, Donald Trump gave Matthew Kacsmaryk a lifetime appointment as a US District Judge.
- Now, within minutes of each other, Matthew Kacsmaryk put a hold on approval of mifepristone, and Thomas O Rice ruled to protect continued access to mifepristone.I worry that this issue will head to the Supreme Court, and the outcome will be regressive because SCOTUS is stacked with judges appointed by the GOP.
