Back in March we announced that ISC had received a grant from the #Nominet DNS Fund to purchase some new test equipment for our BIND 9 performance monitoring lab. Thanks to our upgraded lab, we have been able to achieve a significant improvement in BIND's authoritative performance on multi-core systems!

I really don't like the rebrand for nominet. It's goppingly ugly.

It was a nice evening - only about 10 people there, probably due to Christmas parties, and there was an interesting presentation about the #Nominet Givehub, allocating monthly money for #charity donations.
