That was preposterous, as we pointed out many times, analyzing their polling, electoral map, etc. The question of whether voters would like another choice is quite different than whether they would actually choose a third party in November.

Even if you are disappointed or worry about his age, you simply must vote for him if you care about responsible, centrist governing. Failing to vote — or throwing away your vote on another third party (Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Stein, etc.) — would be tantamount to voting for Trump.

There are certain people of whom it's appropriate to say, "it's good they're dead."
That's not unkind. "Unkind" is singlehandedly killing Americans' option to buy into public healthcare (the "public option" that Joe Lieberman blocked to please his insurance-company donors). "Unkind" is persuading the only truly environmentalist candidate in eighty years to concede the stolen 2000 election to an oil scion. "Unkind" is backing a #NoLabels front group to help fascists win elections.
"Kind" is being glad that such an unkind schmuck is dead.

I don't see that happening with Trump supporters claiming that the Democrats somehow magically changed literally every indicator that was taken in 2020 that Biden won the election. I just see them repeating the central claim, that the election was rigged, like some sort of #VirtueSignal, but never talking about the evidence.
And this is where I feel like negotiation isn't possible, as much as #NoLabels and the #Centrists insist there are "two sides"...
