Warum erteilen die Behörden kaum Auskünfte zur Erschießung des mutmaßlichen CSD-Attentäters?

Das Berliner SEK machte kurzen Prozess mit Abdul Ballout, dem mutmaßlichen Attentäter vom CSD-Berlin.

Vier Schüsse und Abdul Ballout war tot. Aber Details zu dem Einsatz wollen die Behörden nicht offen legen, angeblich arbeite man den Einsatz akribisch auf. Ein Mann mit einer Machete konnte also angeblich, von dem hochspezialisierten SEK nur durch Erschießung gestoppt werden.

Nur weisen die bisherigen Erfahrungen mit tödlicher Polizeigewalt darauf hin, dass im Grunde fast nie Konsequenzen folgen. Wie auch? Kolleg:innen ermitteln gegen Kolleg:innen.

Und es wird von Polizist:innen auch notfalls gelogen um Übergriffe zu rechtfertigen.

Zum Glück wurde beispielsweise Clifford O. nicht umgebracht, aber ich saß im Januar 2025 für @RDL in einem Prozess in Mannheim. Clifford war wegen Widerstand gegen Polizeibeamte angeklagt: nur weil eine Verkehrskamera (!) zufällige die Szene aufgezeichnet hatte, konnten den Polizist:innen nachgewiesen werden, dass sie gelogen hatten, so dass am Ende sogar die Staatsanwaltschaft Freispruch für Clifford beantragte.

Es macht schon misstrauisch weshalb die Berliner Behörden derart massiv mauern! Das lässt Spekulationen sprießen: muss erst ein wasserdichtes Narrativ konstruiert werden?

Il signor Fakir Abderrahim è stato ucciso dalle forze di polizia, in mezzo alle strade di Bologna.

Sappiamo bene che la sua morte non è un caso isolato.

È il risultato di un sistema che normalizza, legittima e alimenta la violenza razziale, un sistema che continua a colpire sempre gli stessi corpi, le stesse persone, le stesse comunità.

In Italia, come in Europa, il razzismo è strutturale e radicato nelle istituzioni, nelle leggi, nelle pratiche quotidiane.

C'è chi si chiede se in questo paese il razzismo esiste, ma come fate a non vedere che uccide?

La violenza nei confronti delle persone razzializzate è costante e inizia ben prima del momento in cui interviene la polizia.

È presente nella burocrazia, nei permessi di soggiorno negati o resi inaccessibili, nelle Questure, nell'impossibilità di accedere ai propri diritti, di avere assistenza sanitaria, nell'impedire di esistere legalmente all'interno di questo paese.

Continua poi nelle strade.

Nei controlli selettivi e nella profilazione razziale.

Nell'idea che alcuni corpi siano automaticamente sospetti, automaticamente pericolosi, automaticamente sacrificabili.

È talmente legittimato il razzismo in questo paese, che la morte del signor Fakir Abderrahim non può essere considerata un errore, né tantomeno una fatalità.

In questi anni la politica autorizza e protegge pratiche violente, in cui le forze di polizia agiscono attraverso protocolli e modalità costruiti sulla profilazione razziale e sempre più persone si arrogano il diritto di uccidere.

Ogni volta ci viene detto che si tratta di un caso isolato.

Ogni volta ci viene chiesto di aspettare.

Ogni volta ci viene chiesto di credere che sia stata un'eccezione.

Ma le eccezioni, quando si ripetono, non sono più eccezioni: sono un sistema.

Verità e giustizia per Abderrahim Fakir.

Per lui e per tutte le persone che hanno perso la vita a causa della violenza razzista di Stato.

This is the piece of art I commissioned with my birthday money this year!

I'd had the idea of the message you often get in games, "enemies are vulnerable to their opposite elements", with regards to armed resistance, ICE and molotovs... but I have absolutely ZERO artistic skills.

Protesters in Sydney have vowed to return for 'Invasion Day' rallies on 26 January after being dispersed at a rally against Indigenous deaths in custody on Sunday.

In the lead-up to the event, demonstrators said they were planning to march in defiance of the NSW government's controversial new protest laws.

However, moments before protesters were set to march from Hyde Park, police told event organiser Paul Silva to ask the crowd to "disperse in a peaceful and orderly manner".

Silva then told the crowd of about 200 people — according to the Australian Associated Press — that he thought it would be "the safest option if we disperse".

"I don't want anyone being attacked and, unfortunately, these laws will allow that," Silva said.

Following the Bondi terror attack, NSW passed new legislation giving the state's police commissioner the power to restrict protests for up to three months after a designated terrorist incident.

Police say they're now negotiating with organisers over the rallies planned for 26 January, Australia Day. A spokesperson has said the NSW Police commissioner has yet to make a decision on whether to renew the ban, which is set to lapse on Tuesday 20 January.
