Já ouviu falar da técnica No Hello? É simples: evite mandar só "oi" ou "olá" no chat! Vá direto ao ponto: "Oi, pode me ajudar com o prazo do projeto?".
Por quê? Em comunicações assíncronas (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.), isso evita esperas desnecessárias e respeita o tempo alheio. Cumprimentos isolados criam atraso até a pergunta chegar.

Мне казалось, что рекомендации и правила описанные ниже всегда были очевидны и логичны для сотрудников ИТ-компаний. Но удручающая практика показывает, что есть масса людей, которые не задумывались и не смотрели со стороны на то, как они общаются с коллегами. Ведь чуть поднапрягшись, можно существенно улучшить эффективность взаимодействия с ними. Опытные разработчики всё это уже знают, но, зачастую, не молодёжь, не заставшая никаких средств общения кроме real-time IM-ов. А форсированный уход на удалёнку во время COVID, показал как не много людей (целых компаний!) способны эффективно работать без живого общения.

When I come back I respond, but now they are on a lunch break.
I have a permanent status "It's ok to skip the smalltalk, just let me know how I can help you. 😊 nohello.net/ ". Anyone writing a message to me will see this above their input box.
Sadly it is not helping, people do this all the time.

I thought it was kinda dumb.
