I'm heading out now to help some Saanichton farmer friends who need extra hands to prep some new crop beds & transplant a few trays of food plants. It's already very hot outside. I've packed extra water to stay well hydrated while working on the farm fields this morning. Packed a banana & 2 hard-boiled eggs for my snacks 👩🌾
