Seven! Back up to 7 handstand push-ups after three weeks, proving, I suppose, to myself the first time wasn't a fluke. Five more in the second set got me to a new two-set record. Today I surpassed twice as many handstand push-ups as last year. (I've done 214 year-to-date, typically on Wednesdays.)
