Для того чтобы решить эти проблемы, мы в MWS AI разработали OpenAutoNLU — опенсорс-библиотеку для NLU, включающую диагностику качества данных, гибко настраиваемый пайплайн обучения модуля фильтра запросов, которые не относятся ни к одному из известных текстовых классификаторов меток OOD, и функции LLM.
