Warum der NightJet #NJ470 heute nicht nach Hamburg fuhr:
"Wegen einer Verzögerung auf der deutschen Strecke kann dieser Zug zwischen Zürich HB und Hamburg-Altona nicht fahren."Das ist mehrfach ärgerlich:
Die nächste Verbindung fuhr 2h später und hat keine Betten. Ein ICE Ist einfach kein Ersatz für den NJ und das Bordbistro im ICE ist geschlossen. Also wer Schlaf und Frühstück eingeplant hat, bekommt beides nicht.
Die Leistung für die Qualitätssicherung auf der Schiene muss im BMV wachsen.
