Do people in #WA03, #TX34, #TX28, #NJ05, #ME02, and #CA13 want federal spending to create jobs?
If so, they can ask their Blue Dog reps if they've read studies that education spending creates 3x more jobs than military spending. Healthcare more than 2x.
The conservative Democrats voted for a trillion-dollar defense budget for Trump's Department of War and defense spending in FY26, despite the Pentagon having never passed a financial audit.

One, Rep. Josh Gottheimer of #NJ05, is a member of the House Blue Dogs and a vice chair of the bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus.
Another, Rep. Don Davis of #NC01, is in the New Democrat Coalition, plus the Problem Solvers. He received almost $2.3 million in backing from the crypto industry PAC network Fairshake last cycle.

Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D- #NJ05 ) bought stock in weapons maker Northrop Grumman in December and July. He's a member of the House Intelligence Committee. Stock in the company, which supplies weapons systems to Israel's military, is up by one quarter over the past year. He told the NYT in 2022 that his trading is managed by a broker.
