Nik’s Wake

Our dear friend Nik passed away recently, and yesterday family and friends gathered to remember him at a celebration, funeral service and wake. Here is a gallery of pictures from the last part of the day. Many moving tributes were paid, and fun memories shared. Balls, clubs, yo-yos, skates, penny farthings and unicycles all had an outing in Nik’s memory. Silver Paul summed it up well at the end of the evening: “It’s been the loveliest of shitty days”.
