Dug out my Nike AlphaFly 1’s out for todays tempo run, there’s still a bit of life left in them for some speed work so making good use out of them. Really happy with today’s workout 20 minutes warm up in zone 1+2 then 50 minutes tempo pace moving through zones 3+4 managing 9.20km averaging 5.26 min/km then 15 minutes walk/jog cool down. #running #temporunning #temporun #tempotuesday #nikerunclub #nikerunning #nikealphafly #runningcommunity #runnersofmastodon #mastorunners #oldguysrule
