I saw then live in 2007 with #PatAppleton at Stuttgart #Jazzopen. Maybe my best stay at home vacation as I had a festival pass that year.

Night hawks asleep on a driftwood roost in Tambopata River, Peruvian Amazon. Tambopata National Park core has only one lodge, Tambopata Research Center. I am so lucky to have stayed there twice, in a ‘room’ open to the jungle. I wish I was there. Perhaps I can write myself back?
