Bought NHL 23 back in December but hadn't had the chance to play it yet (having a baby does that). Finally had a go this evening. I'm quite surprised by how much they've put into it in terms of roleplaying compared to what it used to be like in Pro Career mode (or whatever it's called).

Might need to change the difficulties and controls though, as the first game played proved to me that I am super rusty at playing NHL vidogames. So many penalties accidentally committed 🤦‍♀️

Bought NHL 23 back in December but hadn't had the chance to play it yet (having a baby does that). Finally had a go this evening. I'm quite surprised by how much they've put into it in terms of roleplaying compared to what it used to be like in Pro Career mode (or whatever it's called).

Has anyone else wondered why, at least in NHL 21, menu narration only reads "limited UI elements"? I watched a video and, my goodness, it only read the main menu and the accessibilty settings. Nothing else was read. IN Madden, the menu narration feature reads all the menus, you can even rebuild teams and the like. Is it really so hard to include this in NHL as well? I'd love to play the game because its play-by-play and adjustable audio make it playable by a blind one like me but if it means the menus won't be read, I won't bother. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it's improved in NHL 23, either. #Accessibility #EASports #NHL23 #NHL #Gaming #MenuNarration
