Unfortunately had to DNF at 55km because of a medical problem. Slept a few hours and then started crewing for the people who where still running. A bit disappointed because of the DNF, but really enjoyed crewing.

Tomorrow I’ll be at the starting line of the #nfw100, a 100-mile run through the northern Frisian forests (The Netherlands). It’s a small-scale, low-key event that I happen to organize myself, together with my friend Johannes. There will be 10 participants tomorrow. We hope to grow a bit next year, so keep an eye on the website www.nfw100.frl to register in time.
