this is super hard. i used to “never delete” too. at some point my views evolved.

i think i naively thought that as a good person i would never post something that was bad enough that really need to be deleted.

but now i feel it was simply my own hubris. good people make mistakes too. sometimes mistakes that need correction. sometimes even outweighing the benefits of a never delete policy.

i think you did the right thing (even tho i don’t know the whole story).
