Got a downgrade on my #EuropeanSleeper connection of next Wednesday to Berlin (technical issues). Not great, but I should still share a compartment with 2 others so fine with me.
The text in the mail however wasn't that clear, so I both should and should not contact customer service to accept a partial refund and the alternative reservation.
To be sure, I contacted them.But worst of all: all the tracking links behind every clickable links (which are automatically blocked by my Adblocker)..
