  1. We did see 'health'-associated taxa increase in abundance post-therapy. There seemed to be a persistent difference in diversity between control group and PID group. We also observed interesting correlations with blood absolute #neutrophil counts and certain oral bacteria. This is certainly worth exploring further as these bacteria are part of the 'hedgehog' consortia in the dental plaque - dynamics are relevant for oral health in general. /end
