Vuoden musiikkiterapeutin palkinnon ja Suomen musiikkiterapiayhdistyksen kitaran sai tänä vuonna Jyrki Nikkilä.

Jyrki on koko uransa väsymättä ja muitakin innostaen kehittänyt musiikkiterapian käytäntöjä sekä yhteistyötä eri terapiamuotojen välille, kokonaisvaltaista hoitoa painottaen. Hän on toiminut myös kouluttajana ja kehittänyt Neuroplay-sovelluksen kuntoutustyötä tukemaan.
