Happy #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek!
I'm Jenny, I'm a #neurodiverse #conservator in Wales. I like my brain. It works differently than yours in a number of ways, and that's frankly quite cool.
On a practical level it means I approach tasks differently, I often struggle with not knowing what's expected of me, and I behave outside of norms in some ways.
Anyway, shout outs to my fellow neurospicy people! This week we should remember that we're actually very awesome.

In support of neurodiversity celebration week, we wanted to recognize that neurodivergent individuals learn differently. Neurodivergent individuals do not need to be fixed or forced to complete behaviors that are based on neuronormativity.
If something is forced causes distress, it is not a positive outcome. We need to teach people that their consent matters.
