Uff. Wieder wach.
Therapie heute war bisher vielleicht die optimistischste Sitzung, aber auch irre anstrengend, weil es viel um meine Probleme mit Komplimenten, Zuneigung und darauf folgenden Eu-Stress bei mir geht.
Grobe Inhaltsangabe: ich hab irre Bammel davor, ein Narzisten-Arsch zu sein, der seinen inneren Dr. Mabuse nicht im Griff hat.
Aber meine Ärztin zum Lachen gebracht und ein paar mal sehr klar und spontan ehrlich gemeinte »Ich will«-Sätze gebildet.
