Today is launch-day for @niamhgarvey 's first published book, "Looking After Your #Autistic Self", a #NeuroAffirmative book for #ActuallyAutistic folks. In my research practitioner capacity, I'm going to be doing some work with NHS employees in the coming months.

I'm talking with NHS leaders about burnout for autistic employees and how they can help themselves and be supported by their managers to reduce burnout.

I'll also be working on neuroaffirmative coach training for midwifery managers - from the point of view of what it's like to be an autistic coach and/or an autistic coachee (and how we make coaching work in light of that).

These are all topics that I care passionately about and it is a step in the right direction that something like the NHS is setting its sights on these topics.

Now comes the fun part of putting it all together and creating a great educational experience that really lands and influences hearts and minds on the ground.
