Do you all think it’s feasible to put a back-to-back pair of keystones in the wall with a short run between them and still maintain 10GbE signal integrity? I avoid punching down wires so I don’t currently have the tools, nor the patience, etc. Thoughts?

I’d like to do this in a way that is clean so when we move it’s not a hack job.

Our home life has been disrupted by renovations for a few weeks. I’m finally putting my office together. Prior to removing everything for flooring and paint, I used to run a Cat 6a cable from my iMac Pro (on the desk to the right) to the closet on the left by just running it under the door.

The newly repainted and cleaned up office looks rather nice so I’d rather run it through the wall. That said, it’s a 10GbE link.
