Sehe ich das richtig, dass ich Velux SSL Solarrolläden nur über Cloud ansteuern kann?
Ich möchte die gerne im lokalen Netz steuern. Home Assistant wäre eine Möglichkeit, aber die Integration scheint auf die netatmo-Cloud zuzugreifen.

Guten Morgen. Kaffee im Bett und Glotzen auf das mit Home Assistant gebastelte Wetter-Dashboard.
Abgegriffen und aufbereitet werden Daten vom DWD, von eigenen Netatmo-Stationen und einer Weather Underground Wetterstation nur 200 m entfernt. Weil ich es kann.
P.S. Home Assistant läuft auf Home Assistant Green.

I wonder if I actually have any reliable temperature sensors.
#Netatmo seems to be unable to provide an API that doesn't collapse under load multiple times a day.
#FritzBox seems to get more unreliable with every firmware update and the smart home devices sometimes randomly crash and require a battery cycle.
Everything in this household seems to be equipped with a temperature sensor of some kind, but none of them are sufficiently reliable to use for automation.
Where is that #IoT future we were promised?
Why is everything proprietary and somewhat broken and requires 5 different generic white label "smart home" platforms under the hood which all don't want to talk to each other?
Even with #HomeAssistant, smart homes kind of suck.

Co mne na tom #netatmo fakt SERE, když už u nich má každý uživatel účet, email, proč nepošlou nějaké "vyjádření" co se dělo, atd.
Tahle firma už není co bývala, když jsem ji podpořil v začátcích - ani o nich neuvažujte ! -

Fixed the Netatmo outdoor module! Turns out you can use a small straight blade screwdriver in lieu of a Torx T10 (I don't have a long thin shafted T10 - the bolts are 35mm+ down a 4mm hole) which gave me access to the battery contact pads. No obvious damage but I guess they've been chemically worn down (is that a thing? there's definitely tiny holes in them) over the last 10 years and there's just not good contact with the battery terminals any more. Quick clean, some solder (temporary fix since the solder didn't properly attach - I'll stick some small nuts / washers down there later) and the batteries are making good contact again.
Saved myself having to buy a new one (£149.99!) at least.

Although given it just does temperature + humidity (the indoor station does pressure), I could just slap an IP67 Zigbee sensor outside in the weather station and synthesise an entity in Home Assistant…
(There don’t seem to be any small / cheap Zigbee climate sensors that include pressure, annoyingly. But as someone pointed out, there’s not going to be a huge difference between internal and external atmospheric pressure anyway.)

Neděle 7:00 a #netatmo stále nejede web (aplikace, HA ano). Tak se stále nedivte a rozhodně nezkoušejte restartovat. Status Dashboard klasicky “vše funkční”, ale tohle je letitá vlastnost.

Sobota 15:30 a #netatmo nejede web (mobilní aplikace jede, Home Assistant taky jede). Tak nepanikařte, problém není u vás.
