the struggle is real, i haven't practiced enough Bird in Flight photos where the birds are actually flying across the sky as opposed to flying in to a regular perch or feeding spot (i'm using a 400mm lens = suboptimal for distant birds)

this is Cocha Antshrike male, a rare endemic found in wet lowland forest (when he is found at all) that i photo'd from the canoe = fast shutter speed & moving bird (he was singing & hopping) = ISO 25,600

this antbird has a stark black male while the female has more colorful chestnut or cinnamon paired with her black "hood"

this is a species of dart frog made notorious by its use by Russian authorities to murder Navalny, this is a captive specimen photo'd at the frog research station in Quito... i didn't register the name on the day of taking the photo after 24 hours of no sleep BUT it was pretty easy to google the name just now by remembering what i was told of its history...
