I once dreamed up a TTRPG setting where neon light clad knights protect the highways of a fallen age that connect isolated kingdoms. They ride on glowing roller blades, wield laser swords, and neon wizards maintain the secret 'magic' of the neon technology. Mutants, wild tribes of humans, and radiated wastelands separate the fiefdoms along the neon highway.

It's a 1980s style post-apocalypse fever dream 'movie' setting.
