Kudos to Christy Morrisey of the University of Saskatchewan for her work on #neonic pesticide levels in #wetlands.
As I've seen in my own work on wetland hydroperiod , the majority of wetlands on the Canadian prairies are small and seasonal and may be only visible on spring satellite imagery. Amphibians, insects, and other lifeforms depend on them for part of their life cycle.
