Tonight’s #negroniWeek cocktail is an odd duck from my friends at Bitters & Bottles: The Calcherovka
- 1 oz Montreuil Selection Calvados
- 1 oz Antica Torino Rosso Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Becherovka Liqueur
*Fresh orange or lemon twistFrench Apple Brandy, Czech liqueur, and Italian Vermouth (and American ice 😉). Truly a worldly #cocktail.

A New Age Negroni to kick off Negroni Week. Cheers!

Since it's #NegroniWeek, I mixed one up tonight after heading out to see a play with my wife. This is a variation called "Eeyore's Requiem", which the creator says was inspired by "the most bitter character in literature". Ups the ante with the addition of a bit of Cynar and Fernet Branca. Very tasty.
(Also, since I'm mixing this at home, tossed a ducat or two at the Slow Food Foundation, which a participating bar would have done.)

The #NegroniWeek shenanigans continue! Tonight’s edition features a fun little Italian gin, that has a hint of the sea in it, which really makes the sweetness of the pillar select burst in your mouth like bubble gum.
