Quattro cittadine — Negin Azad, Kamelia Nazari, Saghar Ghodrat e Ghazal Ghodrat — arrestate durante le proteste di gennaio a Shiraz, sono state rilasciate a fine marzo 2026 dal carcere di Adelabad, ma restano sotto sorveglianza con braccialetto elettronico. La pena, inizialmente di cinque anni, è stata ridotta in appello a due anni da scontare fuori dal carcere.
