Here's my personal follower:
Note my apt building in the foreground. What you see is poiting across the highway, into the mountain, essentially. There's nothing there, that is. In the foreground is the highway which goes over the mtn.

The same object, I've seen however about 20 - 50 miles more south west (i believe) that is, more toward State College, and apparently near Beaver Stadium, but i'm not sure.

First pic is over the mtn, from today 20241112

The others were from a few weeks ago. maybe? Ohio State/ PSU game. maybe before that. I was trippin on pregabalin unbeknown, and ... well, i probably thought they were coming for me.

i'll go out for a better pic of my follower near the mtn momentarily...

Anyway after a German breakfast (four pork sausages and sauerkraut) went for a 'morning constitutional' aka promenade...

A #dinner #plate sized red-eared #terrapin was on the #path, making a break to a #nearby wet area. The conservation people try and restrict this refugee from #amazonian climes. Personally I believe we can be improved, by bringing in the #legendary #sewer #alligators of #NYC to eat some of our #water #quality executives. Which I feel is an apex predator courtesy. 😆
