I watched the results of the NDP Leadership race with other NDP members in the Nickel 9 Distillery pub. Both the speeches of Don Davies and Avi Lewis were wonderful. I cried. They each described how Canada should be.
The real work for us activists with the NDP begins now.

Apparently the NDP leaders of both Saskatchewan and Alberta have come out with statements of disapproval of the direction that Lewis wishes to take. Pundits predicted this. It will be interesting to see how Avi Lewis deals with this.
