Incumbent watch: #NC04 Valerie Foushee (D) looking ok so far, but Reps. Al Green (D) #TX18 and Dan Crenshaw (R) in #TX02 look to be in very serious trouble.

Early vote dropping in #NC04, looks a little light for Allam to my eye but that could be too pessimistic.

Hakeem Jeffries' DCCC is affiliated with a dark-money funded super PAC backing Rep. Valerie Foushee in #NC04 against challenger Nida Allam.

My House rep, Rep Val Foushee, just sent me a constituent email about ICE. The word "abolish" doesn't appear once in it (nor does she mention the initiative to abolish ICE using other words).

Rep. Foushee would be great for a purple district in Eastern NC. But #NC04 is one of the most progressive districts in the country, and we deserve representation too - especially at a time like this when leadership requires confronting fascists.

We had a potential "squad" member here in #NC04. AIPAC swamped the primary with donations to her opponent, who has now gone to approvingly visit with Bibi in the middle of the Gaza massacre.
