It's Women in Construction Week! I'm going to post a day-in-the-life style of post Monday-Friday this week.
I'm an Assistant Project Manager for the earthwork/civil arm of a General Contractor. I started as an Administrator, asked to move from admin to ops, was given the opportunity to prove I meant it as a Project Engineer in the field in Alaska, and later transitioned from buildings to dirt.
