Y'all I was in Rothesay (isle of Bute) this weekend and there was an aurora!!! It was my first one!! Incredible!! You can't see the colours by eye (although you can spot a weird glow once you know where it is) but they are visible on the phone!
(I didn't modify the photos beyond increasing the luminosity to max)
