Recently a patient told me they were deeply appreciative of the fact that I gave them informed consent on both conventional and naturopathic approaches to treating their medical condition. In other words it was my job to educate them on the risks & benefits of both approaches and then allow them to make a fully informed decision which often leaves them feeling far more empowered then only offering them one of a select few treatments. #naturalmedicine #healthcare #holistichealth
