@christopher @sz_duras the #NaturalContract is an imperative in the same sense that fascism and/or extinction must be refused. tho the biospheric state of affairs is concrete, once accepted the work of the Contract requires dialectic

@james love is not specific. the things you cal externalities, our productive and consumptive activities are specific. what is specific is war, this war upon the planet. what would be specific and need be performed is a declaration of peace. a binding contract between the very near creatures and things and the very near human activities. none of this is "faraway". obedience to nature and the #NaturalContract is not costly at all

be careful with "#authentic." as for freedom, recognising that we are not free, that we are tethered to #Biosphere, thermodynamics, gravity, etc. that the current Master/Slave relationship with #Biosphere is a death pact. that the new relations and determinisms will be more #Humane and #Biogean. the latter meaning our relationships as expressed in the #NaturalContract. this results in a double #Humanism. one subject to two (and maybe three) others
