Virginia becomes the 19th state to enact National Popular Vote for President.

The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact has now been enacted by 19 jurisdictions possessing 222 of the 270 electoral votes needed to activate it.

An effort in Lansing could change the way the #ElectoralCollege operates. A bill introduced in the #Michigan House of Reps would have the state join the #NationalPopularVote Interstate Compact.
