Nearly 250 years later, the crown has regained it's delusion that it should be the ruling class.
The crown has also been the cause of the most death, destruction, and impovershiment of the people.If history were anything to learn from, the crown would be the least potential candidate for the job of ruling over peaceful people.

I'm a U.S. liberal and I'm definitely for a #NationalDivorce - I've been shouting it since the #MAGA era.
But forget a "legal agreement" that keeps Red and Blue #America legally tied. (MGT's idea.) Red America is just trying to find a way to keep access to Blue America's money, and (related) military protection...when you know darn well it will be Red America instigating all the wars.
They'll throw the rocks, while running back to Big Brother screaming "Protect me, protect me! You're legally bound!! 😱"

Here's my first step in the #nationaldivorce thing:
Voluntarily allow states that receive more in federal funding than they contribute to decrease the amount they receive, then package those funds as a block grant to states that contribute more than they receive
Like a cutting off your nose to spite your face thing
Anyway, why is this is bad idea? Because it would punish the poor
The whole national divorce idea is just to allow red states to punish the poor
