"Coming out" is a combination of feeling brave enough to be yourself and feeling it's safe to do so. You need both the conviction and the environment. You have control over one of those for everyone you meet. What are you doing to give them space and make them feel safe?
I celebrate that some of us get to come out, I try to support those who are facing their fear, and I make as much space as I can for those around me to feel safe being themselves. Just one or two of these will *never* be enough.
