En el año 1976 se le conceden, el 🏅 #PremioPulitzer y el 🏅 #PremioNobel de #Literatura y en tres ocasiones; 1954, 1965, 1971; consigue el 🏅 #NationalBookAward, una de ellas por su magnífica 📖 Herzog, que está considerada, por otra parte, como una de las #novelas más importantes de todo el siglo XX.

Percival Everett's brilliant James won the National Book Award for Fiction. If you haven't read it, you must! And if you haven't read Huck Finn (ever or recently), you might want to read that first. Everett wrote the story that Twain couldn't. It's really an extraordinary accomplishment. We're so lucky he gave us this gift (and The Trees and Erasure and so many more amazing novels).
