I haven't seen much info on nasal sprays - sharing this summary on assessing their usefulness as one of several tools in mitigating COVID-19 risk and reducing viral loads. I found it a helpful read!

I already will continue using nasal and oral sprays, and mouthwash, to stave off infection, but does anyone know of any spray to INHALE so as to REALLY effectively keep covid, flu and RS out of the lungs? Something already available, I mean, not experimental drugs or vaccines (unless on the market, of course).
