Little game of Talavera using Valour & Fortitude rules, scales to 2/3 normal rule size. 2 Allied & 3 French (including me) players. I broke through the Spanish who were defending a stone wall, while the French columns were finding it very easy to rout the British lines... Too easy, we are going to change that for the next session. #28mm #wargame #Napoleonics

Calling this Victrix System XI foot artillery piece done!
I *think* i got the flaps right for regular foot artillery, rather than fringed epaulettes for guard or master gunners, but there you go :)

More Volley and Bayonet. This time the Napoleonic battle of Vimiero in Portugal. A place I've visited a couple of times: very nice museum but the rest of the town is dead. Me and a friend were the French. In the actual battle the French were outnumbered and attacking the strong British hill in front of Vimiero town itself. They lost. We decided to try a feint on the far left while the main army attacked the far right. #Napoleonics #wargames #25mm
