As most of you know, I do use AI from time to time. I use it to help me write alt texts, or to recognize things in vacation pictures. And, from time to time, I let it make some images for me. Sometimes, they're images based on my own imagination, like the "Pixy" images, or images that I use for featured images to go with blog posts. But, since a few months, I've been playing around with my own pictures. And to let AI make them into different styles. I know that too much AI isn't good. And I don't use it on/for everything. Generating images of Koa
Well, images of a chocolate brown Labrador puppy... I used to base my older AI images on Arwen, as much as the AI allowed it back in the early days. An older choccy Lab, with a greying snout. Now, Koa will soon be joining my home, and I am thinking of all the things we will be going to do together... 🤎 Of course, I will do my best to take all the pictures and videos of all the things he/we do, but I still enjoy creating images based on my Pixy character... I know that not everyone enjoys the images that have been generated by AI. I always use my own ideas, or my own images, to have AI generate new things. I know AI takes things from existing things, but with my ideas, I hope that it will be original in its own ways. I wish I were a skilled person, that I could "just" grab a drawing pad, and create all my ideas by myself. Or, that I had plenty of money, so that I could pay someone to make actual artwork of my ideas... But, unfortunately, I have no such skills, and no such money... Some favorite Zoo snaps…
...made into luministic paintings by Nano Banana 2 (AI). A little while ago, thanks to Gemini AI, I discovered the beauty of luministic art. I have since then used it quite a bit on some of my favorite pictures. I started with some pictures of Arwen, and vacations in Austria, and now, I have been going through some of my favorite Zoo pictures to make AI generated "paintings" of them. (Nano Banana Pro 🍌 & Discovering “Luminism”). I only used my own photographs, made by me during my visits to Burgers' Zoo, throughout the years. When the original picture has already been uploaded to Flickr, I will do my best to add the links to those original pictures. I know people are against the use of AI, but I would not use it to steal any pictures of others. I don't want to make any money with this either. What jumped out at me was the inclusion of the shamrock leaf in the background. I never asked for that; it pulled that from the tournament name unprompted.
That is actually a minor edit (I forgot one word in a team name in the original prompt, and used Nano Banana 2 to edit the image & add it back in).
