    Do you have advice on finding a good nanny?

    This is our first child (3 months old) and neither of us had nannies growing up, we had family living close enough to watch us and/or a stay at home parent.

    Additional complications:

    - Must be COVID conscious, or at the very least willing to consistently take precautions like masking
    - We can only afford part time, maybe 1 day / 8 hours a week right now.
