#Nanna, Icelandic lead singer from Of Monsters and Men, dropped her solo album and on first listen it’s pretty good. It’s full of soft, layered, emotional tracks in that singer-songwriter-but-stadium sound. It sounds like the kind of #music someone would write in a small cabin outside of Reykjavik.
If you’re a fan of Folklore-era Taylor Swift it’s very much in that musical neighbourhood, and Aaron Dessner of The National helped with production on this album as well.
