OGL1.1 changes the terms of contract, making compliance difficult if not impossible for published works, both current and future.
This change materially affects the revenues of companies WotC entered into contract with via OGL1.0. The original terms were perpetual and in use for twenty years. Immediate notice on the 13th is not reasonable notice.If WotC issues this, they should be sued for breach and liable for losses.
