I always knew there was a nude beach at the lake in the city where I grew up. But as a closeted and insecure teenager, I never dared to visite. Today I checked it out and it’s a good place to enjoy and relax and the water was refreshing #nakedinnature

This beautiful lake, just before sunset, is perfect for a #skinnydip and a relaxing moment after a busy day #nakedinnature and it’s only 20 minutes from my bed & breakfast.

Another day, another hike, this time around the beach of @[email protected]. It was perfect for a #nakedinnature hike, as there were almost no people on the trail.
It’s honestly like this, no people around, then let’s say it is suitable for a naked hike
After nearly nine kilometres, we got back into civilisation, and I tried to push back as much as possible the moment to get dressed again. #nakedinnature
There were no pools on the trail, but the water was clear and on one spot the water was deep enough to sit and relax and refresh #nakedinnature
It was a real naked hike scenario. You park in a busy tourist village, Frigiliano, you walk towards the river trail, see one couple of hikers, then another, then a family, then the forest service cleaning up debris and then you see it. There is nobody there anymore: naked hike! #nakedinnature
That was a lovely hike, not naked, because there were simply too many people on the trail, but we found a great spot for a naturist picknick and a moment to refresh in the ice cold mountain water #nakedinnature #sierranevada

Nature Trail Excursion
Today’s hike was a real adventure. With easy and difficult stretches. For about half the trail I had the chance to go naked and it was a liberating feeling, so happy again after a long winter. #nakedinnature A bonus on this trail, the Roman Baths at the end. Not naked but refreshing nonetheless

In nature near urban areas it’s often difficult to make a free hike. Yet, if you then find that secluded spot, and the sun is out, it’s lovely to unclothe and connect with nature. #nakedinnature #naturism

Humans weren’t made to sit inside all day, sedentary and wrapped up in fabric. Get outside, get physical, let your bare skin touch the air and water and earth, and see how it feels to give your body and mind the experiences they were made for.

I went for my first solo adventure in a few months yesterday. Alone and naked, miles from civilisation with no phone reception. It really humbles you to the awesome power of nature, but also makes you appreciate your body’s own capabilities 💪
