When I hike, I take regular breaks. Not really to rest, but to notice what’s around me. The birds, squirrels, insects, the sounds in the trees, all that life moving nearby.

Being there naked, surrounded by all of it, just watching and listening for a while... priceless. 🌿

I’ve realised I really like days that don’t need much planning.

Get naked, walk somewhere, stop when it looks nice, eat when you’re hungry, talk about random things, keep going.

Very little structure, yet somehow the day ends up feeling completely full. 🌿

Yesterday’s hike was intense: over 30km, plenty of climbing, tired legs and a few moments where my body seriously questioned my decisions. 😅

But I loved pushing through it.

Google Photos randomly reminded me today of my naked hike in the French Pyrenees last month.

Day three of my naturist hiking trip, and this one made me work for it.

Four hours of climbing, tired legs, plenty of effort… but reaching the top, taking everything in, and enjoying that view with nothing between me and the landscape was completely worth it.
