If you haven't already seen it, "Abroad in Japan" visited the Nakagin Capsule Tower back in 2021, and a follow-up video one year later in 2022. They are bittersweet videos, as the tower has since been dismantled in 2022.
I've posted this before, but I regret I never had a chance to see the Nakagin Capsule Tower.

The Nakagin Capsule Tower was built in 1972 and demolished in 2022, marking its 50th anniversary. 23 capsules were preserved.
The 13 & 11 story building A & B are twin towers, totalling 140 capsules. Each capsule is ~10 sq m.
I regret I never had a chance to see this tower with my own eyes.
